Model your character after yourself, or create a whole new persona. The Cooper's uniform is required, so any deviation in the dress code will be reprimanded. Top the Leaderboards. Working Overtime Mode (whether you signed up for it or were pressured by your manager) means an opportunity to earn double points and a chance to get your name on the Top Employee Leaderboard.
